Back 2 School & Christmas in July Vendor Booths
The Back 2 School School Supplies Event takes place Saturday, July 25, 2026, 11AM – 4PM at The Colonnade, 264 Catoosa Cir, Ringgold, GA 30736. It is presented by Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta in partnership with Family Wealth Moguls, alongside Xtreme Dreams Foundation LLC, North Atlanta Events LLC (DBA Extreme Dreams Events) and Family Wealth Moguls.
Why do vendor fees matter? Your vendor fees go directly toward providing free entertainment and experiences for our youth — including bounce houses, a mobile game truck, and Santa Claus for this special Christmas in July event.

Vendor Categories & Booth Fees
Select one category and size on the registration form. Kidz Play Zone outdoor vendors must be child entertainmentnot bounce houses, train rides or food.
- Indoor vendors: 10x10 — $150 | 10x20 — $175
- Outdoor tent vendors: 10x10 — $135 | 10x20 — $145
- Kidz Play Zone indoor: 10x10 — $100 | 10x20 — $125
- Kidz Play Zone outdoor: 10x10 — $85 | 10x20 — $95
- Non-profit organization indoor: 10x10 — $100 | 10x20 — $125
- Non-profit organization outdoor: 10x10 — $95 | 10x20 — $85
- Corporate inside vendors (all commercial businesses): 10x10 — $350 | 10x20 — $400
- Corporate outside vendors (all commercial businesses): 10x10 — $250 | 10x20 — $300

How to Register
- Select your booth category and size, then complete every field on the Vendor Registration Form.
- Submit your completed application for our team to review.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive an approval email. You then have 48 hours from the time of that email to submit payment in full.
The form asks for your name, email, phone, business name and website, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upload, your medium category, an artist description, your social media handles, any special requests, your logo, your prices, other organizer events you have attended, and how you heard about this event. Medium categories include clay, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, musical instrument, photography, printmaking, sculpture, two-dimensional, wood, clothing, leather, painting, arts, crafts, food and other.
We do not hold spots. Full payment is required to secure vendor space, and submitting the agreement without payment does not guarantee participation. Payment must be made by an approved method (online payment or Cash App), and a confirmation email is sent once payment is received. Missing the 48-hour payment window after approval results in forfeiture of your spot.
Booth Space, Safety & Vendor Terms
Each vendor space is 10x10 feet unless otherwise approved. Vendors handle their own setup, tables, chairs, tents and equipment. Electricity is not guaranteed and will not be provided by the organizer.
- Generators: vendors needing electricity must bring their own quiet, properly functioning generator in good working condition and compliant with local noise regulations. Fuel must be stored and handled safely in approved containers, and extension cords must be heavy-duty, outdoor-rated and properly secured.
- Fire safety: all food vendors must have a working ABC fire extinguisher. Propane tanks must be secured and safe, and cooking equipment must be monitored at all times.
- Health department: all food vendors must comply with local health department rules and food trucks must pass inspections. The organizer is not responsible for compliance.
- Permits: vendors acknowledge they are responsible for all required permits, licenses and inspections.
- No refunds: no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including double-booking another event, moving to another state or a family event coming up. Funds support nonprofit community efforts.
- Liability: the vendor assumes all risks and releases the organizers from liability.
Signing your name on the form means you agree to all Terms & Conditions, and the form is completed with your vendor signature and today's date.
Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta is a non-profit dedicated to fostering an environment where all youth can thrive and reach their full potential, supporting at-risk youth in the Atlanta area through mentorship and enrichment opportunities and helping them build bridges to success.
