By checking the boxes on the registration form, you agree and understand that this is a RAIN OR SHINE event and that there are NO REFUNDS. You are also agreeing to follow all of the event guidelines below.
- Generator requirements: vendors requiring electricity must provide their own quiet, properly functioning generator. Generators must comply with noise regulations, fuel must be safely stored, and extension cords must be outdoor-rated and secured.
- Fire safety: an ABC-type fire extinguisher is required, propane must be secured, and all fire safety regulations must be followed.

Payment, Promotion and Event Contact
Payment can be made online or by Cash Appusing the “Vendor Registration” tab on the website. A confirmation email is sent after payment is received, so please double-check the email address you enter on the form.

The last part of the form is about promotion. We ask for your social media handle so we can tag and share your business ahead of the festival, and we ask how you heard about the event — Facebook, Instagram, word of mouth, flyer or other. It genuinely helps us reach more vendors and more families next time around.
