Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering an environment where all youth can thrive and reach their full potential. We support at-risk youth through mentorship and enrichment opportunities, and every dollar raised at this event goes back into that work. Vendor space for the 2026 Back 2 School Kicks-Off Bash is now open.

This is a high-energy community event featuring sneaker and backpack giveaways, a live Christian Hip Hop concert, a DJ, and a FREE Kids Play Zone with bounce houses, the Game Over Game Truck, a choo-choo train and more. Families come out in force, which means real foot traffic in front of your booth.
Standard booth space is 10 x 10. Vendor booths start at $100. ALL vendors wantedand corporate vendor opportunities are available. Limited spots — first come, first served.

Select one category when you register. Inside spaces are under tent cover; outside spaces are open-air.

Vendor Rules & Requirements
Payment terms. Full payment is required to secure vendor space. Submission of this agreement without payment does NOT guarantee participation. Payment must be made via approved methods (online payment or Cash App). A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
Booth space & utilities. Each vendor space is 10 x 10 feet unless otherwise approved. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, tables, tents and equipment. Electricity is NOT guaranteed and will not be provided by the Organizer.
Generator requirements. Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own quiet, properly functioning generator in good working condition and compliant with local noise regulations. All fuel must be safely stored and handled in approved containers. Extension cords must be heavy-duty, outdoor-rated and properly secured.

Fire safety. All food vendors must have a working ABC-type fire extinguisher. Propane tanks must be secured and safe. Vendors must follow all fire safety regulations.
Health department. All food vendors must comply with local health department rules. Food trucks must pass inspections. Cooking equipment must be monitored at all times. The Organizer is NOT responsible for compliance.
No refund policy. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Funds support nonprofit community efforts.
Liability. Vendor assumes all risks and releases organizers from liability.

Register Your Booth
The registration form asks for your name, email, phone, business name, your chosen vendor category, your social media handle, and how you heard about the event (Facebook, Instagram, word of mouth, flyer or other).
By checking the agreement box you agree to this electronic agreement, which is a binding agreement under Georgia law. You confirm that you understand this is a rain or shine event, that no refunds will be issued, and that you agree to follow all event guidelines. A vendor signature completes the registration.
