PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required to secure vendor spaceSubmission of this agreement without payment does NOT guarantee participation


Payment must be made via approved methods (Online Payment or Cash App) A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.


HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1: Select your booth category and size below and complete all fields in this Vendor Registration Form. Step 2: Submit your completed application. Our team will review your submission within 48 hours. Step 3: Once your application has been approved, you will receive an approval email. You will then have 48 hours from the time of that email to submit your payment in full.

WE DO NOT HOLD SPOTS. Booth spaces are not reserved until payment is received. Please be ready to pay at the time of submission or immediately upon approval. Failure to submit payment within 48 hours of your approval email will result in forfeiture of your spot.


BOOTH SPACE & UTILITIES


Each vendor space is 10 x 10 feet unless otherwise approved. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, tables, tents, and equipment.Electricity is NOT guaranteed and will not be provided by the Organizer.

GENERATOR REQUIREMENTS


Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own quiet, properly functioning generatorGenerators must be in good working condition and comply with local noise regulationsAll fuel must be safely stored and handled in approved containersExtension cords must be heavy-duty, outdoor-rated, and properly secured 


FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS


All food vendors must have a working fire extinguisher (ABC type)Propane tanks must be secured and safe. Vendors must

follow all fire safety regulations.


HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS All food vendors must comply with local health department rules. Food trucks must

pass inspections. All food vendors must have a working ABC fire extinguisher. Propane tanks must be secured and safe. Cooking equipment must be monitored at all times. Organizer is NOT responsible for compliance.


NO REFUND POLICY.  No refunds will  be issued under any circumstances. Funds support nonprofit community efforts.


LIABILITY   Vendor assumes all risks and releases organizers from liability.
